Innisfree Long Wear Cushion #23

Out of the blue, this is rare post about make up and beauty in my blog. I don't usually review beauty products but I would like to give it a try. There are a lot of beauty gurus in youtube been raving about BB cushions and apparently it's a hit product during summer season in Korea! As we are approaching to summer in Australia (oh wait, still spring here lol), time to check out some summer products.

After debating whether I should buy other brands (too many option to choose!), I've decided to buy Innisfree Long Wear Cushion SPF50+/PA+++. I have picked #23 and naturally fit my skin tone. This is one of the most recommended if you have oily skin, prefer matte finish and higher coverage. Also, the most affordable price compare to the rest. I wouldn't recommend to apply on dry skin though.

This is a must product to me right now. Though the size of this bb cushion is larger than a tube of bb cream, I don't mind bringing this out with me. It's easy to apply even though my skin is oily during the day. It make my skin looking bright and smooth too. All I need is use the puff to evenly smooth over my face and gently pat to finish. Reapply by gently patting whenever desired.

I do highly recommended this product if anyone is interested!

Let's Bounce!

November 16, 2013

If any kids or any one of you enjoy jumping around, I think you will have fun at Bounce Inc! I may underestimated that how jumping can be difficult. The moment I stepped into the trampoline, I barely balance myself well and fell over. Luckily, it wasn't hard landing. Bounce offers 50 interconnected trampolines and giant air bags with slam-dunk arenas, wall-running and dodgeball courts rolled in. Speaking of massive indoor adrenaline rush for all ages. If any kids above 3 years old plus and under 110cm in heigh, they do have minibounce.

Also, I wish I could the one who capable to jump high or doing freestyle gymnastics as I seen a lot of people doing it. Especially those who know the trick of walking on the wall?! On the next day, I can feel my muscle cramp after work out for an hour at Bounce Inc. One session cost $16 during on peak, while for off peak (Monday till Friday from 10am - 4pm) it cost $11. Save 5 dollars! It will great if go with a group, it's cheaper and more fun especially playing dodge ball while bouncing.

Every section has its own limited time and maximum people who can fit it. This is to avoid overcrowded and for safety purpose.  Basically you have own trampoline and have fun as much as you can. =) To maximum your time here, perhaps going off peak will be good idea to avoid lining up and taking turn.

Mr Kitchen @ Swanston Street

Have anyone tried the chinese breakfast before? If not, maybe you should try it at Mr Kitchen which newly opened at Swanston Street. It features rice congee with pork and preserved egg or roast duck with ginger. I was really excited when I saw golden-brown deep fried dough at the entrance of the shop. We refers to "Youtiao" in mandarin or chinese doughnut. As a Malaysian, we often say "yao char kuey" in hokkien language. Rather than taste sweet as western doughnut, it is lightly salted. Asian normally would eat this for breakfast as an accompanient for rice congee or soy milk. However, some may not used to have this early in the morning especially it is deep fried.

The chinese doughnut cost $2.50 which is affordable. It's crispy and authentic. If you order soy milk, it comes to $5 with the doughnut.  I also had Chinese pork and chive pie for takeaway. Considering $3.50 for a pie, it wasn't that bad and the filling is pretty good but it was too oily and not something that I like to eat in the morning.

I would definitely try out their congee on next visit. I can't remember when was the last time I had congee with chinese doughnut and something that I've been missing it.

#Throwback Monash Campus - Roberts Hall

Thinking of the past, I rarely post any photos about my university life. I am thinking that maybe I should start posting "throwback" photos! Feel like the photos I've taken might be wasted if no one looking at it.  If any students who interested on campus accommodation, you can refer to the previous post about Normanby House and Old Deakin House. Hope it helps!

However, I never stayed at Richardson Hall before. I only have the limited photos and information here. At least you could have a glimpse of Monash on-campus accommodation looks like =)
